Returns & Exchanges - depi

Hey girl, enjoy your new swimsuit! We want you to feel amazing and confident in your new piece. If the fit isn't perfect or you’ve changed your mind, we're here to help.

The Golden Rules

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your swimsuit must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• With all original tags attached.
• With the hygiene liner intact and in place.
• Our Tip: Please try on your swimwear over your own underwear. Do not remove the hygiene liner until you’re 100% sure it’s the one. Items returned without the liner or with a tampered liner will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? You can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order. The first exchange is on us.

Refunds

• You can return your item for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
• According to Israeli Consumer Protection Law, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100₪ (whichever is lower) will be deducted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pop-Up & In-Person Purchases

Please note that according to the law, items purchased at physical pop-up shops or fairs are non-refundable (as they are considered undergarments). However, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style within 14 days, provided all hygiene conditions are met.

מדיניות החלפות והחזרות - depi

ב-depi חשוב לנו שתהיי שלמה עם הבחירה שלך. אם מכל סיבה שהיא את לא מרוצה, אנחנו כאן לעזור. אם המידה לא מדויקת או שאת מעוניינת להחליף דגם – נעשה את זה פשוט ונעים.

התנאים להחזרה / החלפה

• בגד הים לא נלבש (מעבר למדידה), לא כובס ולא נפגם.
• התוויות המקוריות מחוברות לפריט.
• המדבקה ההיגיינית שלמה ובמקומה.
• הטיפ שלנו: מדדי את בגד הים מעל תחתונים ואל תסירי את המדבקה ההיגיינית עד שאת בטוחה ב-100% שזה מתאים לך. פריט ללא מדבקה או עם מדבקה פגומה לא יתקבל.

החלפות

ניתן לבצע החלפה תוך 14 ימים מקבלת המשלוח. החלפה ראשונה עלינו.

החזרים כספיים

• ניתן לקבל החזר תוך 14 ימים מקבלת הפריט.
• ההחזר יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי תוך 7 ימי עסקים מרגע קבלת ובדיקת הפריט.
• בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן ינוכו דמי ביטול בגובה 5% או 100₪ (הנמוך מביניהם). דמי משלוח אינם ניתנים להחזר.

רכישות בפופ-אפים וירידים

בהתאם לחוק, בגדי ים שנרכשו בדוכנים פיזיים אינם ניתנים להחזר כספי. עם זאת, ניתן לבצע החלפה תוך 14 ימים, בכפוף לתנאי ההיגיינה ובהצגת חשבונית.
