Shipping & Delivery - depi

At depi, we are committed to fast and premium service so you can start your summer as soon as possible.

Delivery Options

• Express Delivery: Door-to-door fast shipping (1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed delivery may take up to 1–3 business days, usually next-day delivery).
• Free shipping on orders over 450₪ (20₪ for orders under this amount).
• Self Pickup: Free collection from our studio in Tel Aviv, by appointment only. Your order will usually be ready within 24 hours, and you will receive a notification once it's ready.

Delivery Areas

We ship nationwide. For remote areas (Eilat, Arava, Golan Heights, and border areas), delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number via SMS from our courier service.

ב-depi אנחנו מחויבים לשירות מהיר ואיכותי כדי שתוכלי להתחיל את הקיץ שלך כמה שיותר מהר.

אפשרויות משלוח

• משלוח אקספרס: משלוח מהיר עד הבית (בין 1-2 ימי עיבוד הזמנה ולאחר מכן משלוח יכול לקחת בין 1–3 ימי עסקים, לרוב מגיע כבר ביום למחרת).
• משלוח חינם בהזמנות מעל 450₪ (20₪ להזמנות מתחת לסכום זה).
• איסוף עצמי: איסוף מהסטודיו בתל אביב ללא עלות ובתיאום מראש. ההזמנה תהיה מוכנה בדרך כלל תוך 24 שעות ותקבלי הודעה כשהיא מוכנה.

אזורי חלוקה

המשלוחים מגיעים לכל חלקי הארץ. ליישובים מרוחקים (אילת, ערבה, רמת הגולן ויישובי קו התפר), זמן האספקה עשוי להגיע עד 5 ימי עסקים.

מעקב אחר הזמנה

ברגע שהחבילה יוצאת מהסטודיו, תקבלי הודעת SMS עם מספר מעקב מחברת השליחויות.
